		<description>I feel uncomfortable that it&#039;s trying to make party-political capital out of the release in this way. Isn&#039;t it up to the people reading the document if the report fails in its&#039; aims? We shouldn&#039;t be led to a conclusion before we&#039;ve even read the paper, so it&#039;s an initial #fail from me.</description>
