I wonder when that was snapped up? It looks like it <i>could</i> be official - but with zero followers, zero following and zero updates, it's impossible to tell. There's nothing to stop an enterprising party member just doing it, ripping the official logo off the website, and pumping the <a href="http://www.labour.org.uk/rss/rss.tao?Source=latest_news" rel="nofollow">main RSS feed</a> in via Twitterfeed. (That feed has the same character set validation problem, though...) Good spot Paul... I wonder when that was snapped up?
