		<description>Google for &quot;Jeff Jarvis&quot; (the What Would Google Do guy) and &quot;Dell Hell&quot; for a classic example of what happens when you fail to engage conversations which are already happening and try to pull people into your own forums.  I won&#039;t spoil the end, it&#039;s a real object lesson and excellent test case.  I&#039;m istening to WWGD Audiobook for the second time taking detailed notes... absolutely brilliant.</description>
